Delivery & Returns

 

Australian shipping

Our delivery fee is a flat fee of AU$5.00.
 
We use a standard Air Courier service for all parcels to & in Australia.
 
Standard Parcels – can take up to approx. 4-10 business days.
 
Delivery times are reflective of metro areas only:
• NSW / QLD / VIC / ACT / SA
• additional days may be required for areas outside of metro & states.

All delivery times stated are estimated times only and may vary. Synergy Hair will not be held liable for any late deliveries or any losses, damages, expenses, charges, or costs that may arise from any late delivery caused by Couriers and/or Air Freight. This is excluding any delays in dispatching the order in which the customer will be notified. Upon dispatch by Synergy Hair – you will receive and automated email advising you of the Tracking # and details.
 
Please note that due to strict Air Courier regulations aerosols and flammable items cannot be shipped by Air and therefore cannot be ordered or supplied.
 
Covid 19 – At times, due to internal and /or separate state operating levels, delays may occur outside the control of Synergy Hair and/or Delivery Couriers.
 
Signature Required – Due to the safety and accuracy of your order – we use a ‘Signature Required’ service as our standard service. This means that the courier will need a Signature Required on delivery so someone must be available to receive it. THIS WE RECOMMEND
This must be a physical address (Not a PO Box #)
 
(ATL – Approval To Leave) If you do request your ‘Parcel/Order’ is left at a delivery address without signing for it then you will not need to be home to sign for your package. We DO NOT Recommend this. Synergy Hair takes no responsibility for any orders that are lost or stolen once the Parcel/Order has been delivered to the delivery address. You also release Synergy Hair from all liability if an incorrect address is supplied, or a parcel is stolen from your property after delivery. Our courier may at their sole discretion refuse to leave the parcel at the specified location for any reason (eg Access/Safety/Pets/Weather Conditions/Security).
 
Notes in your delivery instructions may or may not be followed by the courier. We cannot guarantee that instructions will be followed to the letter. Eg. Courier’s will not call in advance to arrange delivery at a time to suit you.

International shipping

Synergy Hair can ship orders internationally subject to product type and nature (we cannot air courier any aerosols). Please email orders@synergyhair.com.au with your request & order. Freight costs per standard items are NZ$20.00–$40.00. Delivery approx 7-14 days. All courier deliveries will require a signature on delivery.
 

 

Incorrect Item Received

Please accept our apologies if we have sent you the wrong item. We run at a 99.8% accuracy dispatch rate but may get the odd one wrong.

Please contact us immediately (as soon as you have received and opened the package) orders@synergyhair.com.au

Please advised your:
• Order Number
• Date Purchased
• The Incorrect item – you must take a photo and email this to us to show the item/product.

We will contact you ASAP to chat and arrange the replacement for you / or otherwise.
 

Damaged/Faulty Product

Please accept our apologies if you have received an item that is damaged or faulty. We understand how frustrating this can be and want to resolve this as quickly as possible for you. The packaging of salon-only hair products & equipment is conducted with the utmost care. 

If you believe that the item is damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately (as soon as you have received and opened the package) orders@synergyhair.com.au

Please advised your:
• Order Number
• Date Purchased
• The Damaged Product – What has happened.
• You must take a photo and email this to us to show the damage.

Please note that subject to a Damaged Product Claim made against the Courier/Delivery Company, this may be subject to a time frame to resolve.
 

Stolen Product

We use a signature-required service for all orders we dispatch.
 
If Covid 19 Restrictions prevent the courier from being able to obtain a signature, they will proceed with a contactless delivery.
 
Synergy Hair takes no responsibility for orders that are lost or stolen once the parcel has been delivered to the correct delivery address.

 

Change of Mind

Unfortunately – if you have changed you mind (for whatever reason) after you have received your product/order we are unable to accept its return. Due the Hygiene requirements of Hair and/or Beauty products we are unable to re-stock and therefore resell this product when we cannot guarantee its non-use.
